For this month we tried a resturant that we had never eaten at before and asumed that we wouldn't eat at. Ninja, a sushi and japenesse steakhouse, our friends love this place and would talk about it all the time and how much they loved it so we tried it out. We, Billy & I ate sushi, and I thought it was pretty good Billy did not, I do need to add that it was cooked sushi we didn't want to have the uncooked stuff that was going a little to far...lol There was one sushi roll that i tried and was not liking that much. I didn't want to know exactly what it was till after I had eaten it and decided if I liked it...mistake....it was okay, but really crunchy, I asked what it was and they told me....baked salmon skins....

But all in all we really enjoyed eating there and are planning on going again and this time we are going to try out the hibotchi, were they cook it right in front of you, we saw it and it was pretty cool, so we are pretty excited..
